Ryan LaFoley is a private chef and caterer based in Bozeman, MT. Upon graduation from MSU and the realization that his true passion lies in the culinary arts, he moved to Montpelier, Vermont to attend the New England Culinary Institute. He graduated at the top of his class with the honor of best savory chef. In addition, he interned at The Rusty Parrot's Wild Sage restaurant in Jackson Hole, WY and spent three and a half months in Northern Italy studying the local cuisine. Ryan and his wife, a nutrition graduate student at MSU are happy to be settled in Bozeman.
The main focus of Ryan's business is to offer the most genuine, enjoyable and memorable dining experience in the comfort of your home or the venue of your choice. He works very hard to make it just that, an experience. Together, you can create a menu to fit the occasion, your preferences, the setting and the season.
Ryan is available for a variety of occasions including dinner parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners, fundraisers, cocktail and holiday parties or in-home cooking classes with a group of friends. Ryan would be honored to work with you and provide a special and unique experience that focuses around you enjoying yourself, your company and the food. He is also available as a private chef in your home/vacation rental on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
