Dear Clients and Friends,

I hope you are all enjoying your fall and getting ready for another beautiful winter in Montana. As the season sets in, my wife, Hilary, and I wanted to introduce a new service that we will be offering in your area. Being a private chef in Bozeman, Big Sky, and the Yellowstone Club, I have noticed the need for a recycling service. Beginning as soon as you would like, we will come to your house and take your recycling to the appropriate centers.

As our population increases and our landfills crowd, every effort counts and we all have a part to play. We would like to make your part a little bit easier.

We realize everyone has different schedules and we want to accommodate your personal needs. If you are interested in having us recycle for you, please consider which package works best. If you do not see a package that fits your need, call us and we can arrange for something different.

A) 4 times/year - $500/year
You arrange on an “as needed” basis. Just give us a call when your recycling bins are full.

B) 8 times/year - $900/year
Again, you arrange on an “as needed” basis. Give us a few days notice and we will pick up your recycling.

C) 12 times/year - $1250/year
You decide how you want to use your 12 pickups. We can arrange to pick up your recycling on a set day of every month OR you can use your 12 pick ups on an “as needed” basis. (After 12, additional pickups can be arranged for $75 each)

As always, if I am at your house cooking, I will take the recycling from that event for no additional charge. I truly appreciate your patronage.

Bins: We offer a basic Rubbermaid barrel (green, brown, or black) or a more rustic galvanized tin garbage can for plastic, glass, and aluminum. We will also supply smaller, stackable green bins for news paper and magazines. Cardboard can be broken down and stacked behind the other receptacles. We will be purchasing the bins from the locally owned ACE hardware in Bozeman and offering them to you at the store price. We will make signs to hang on the bins, distinguishing one from the other and we will be responsible for keeping the bins clean inside and out.
